Paula Little oversees the operations of the Absence Management Solutions department, ensuring best-in-class program and disability case management service delivery. This includes the provision of additional services of Return to Work Facilitation, Ergonomics, Vendor Management, and training solutions; as well as linkages to Employee Family Assistance Programs. Paula has been responsible for the creation and oversight of quality assurance guidelines for auditing, and recommendations for training. Most recently she has created new case management tools for complex case handling, ensuring appropriate support for clients and employees alike.
Over the years Paula has worked with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the Disability Management Account Management team and other business leaders relating to the definition and implementation of new process flow requirements for Disability Case Management Services. Paula is NIDMAR certified and holds a BA from York University.
