Lucy Turowicz is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prince2 Practitioner, with an emphasis on organizational health planning and a proven record in full-lifecycle implementation of large-scale business processes. Her strengths include estimating and budgeting, analysis and design, and strategic planning. These, combined with her background in Total Quality Management (TQM), ensure her ability to provide superior and creative solutions for clients’ needs.

With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, and 13 years of project management experience, Lucy oversaw many of the large scale implementations of new client and new technological releases for Morneau Shepell, before moving into her Director role 6 years ago. In this role she maintains overall accountability for a team of 135 full time staff members, including two 24/7 Client Interaction Centres (Toronto, Montreal), the digital mailroom, Abiliti, and the national WCB practice. 

Lucy holds her Bachelor of Arts Degree in philosophy from the University of Toronto and received the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
